The Unit has a washer dryer and central Air Conditioning. Great location on the ocean side just a very short walk to up the street to the beach. Grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Pizza Tugos, Crab Cake Factory, Green Turtle and more are right within 1-5 block walk.
