The Condo--This is a comfortable, well-equipped two-story condo on a canal right off the bay. The living area is downstairs with one large bedroom upstairs. The bedroom contains two comfy double beds and the bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a large picture window to let in the ocean breezes and give you a nice view of OC's Condo Row. The bedroom has a few chairs for lounging and a cable equipped television for late night viewing or to keep the kids occupied. This area is accessed from a charming spiral staircase that leads from the kitchen/living room area.

The kitchen/living room area has pullout sofa (new memory foam mattress) and a matching love seat, all with an island flare. There is a large TV with a ROKU, Xfinity basic cable and a DVD player. There is fast, free WiFi in case you need to check in on work or attend your meetings remotely. There is a nice, spacious balcony overlooking the boats and the bayside canal, and offers a glimpse of the ocean to the left and the bay to the right. It is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size oven, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and dishwasher. There are plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer--a must at the beach.

The condo comes with a guarded pool just steps from the condo. Grab one of the many lounge chairs, bring a few cool beverages down from the condo, enjoy a great book, watch the kids swim and work on that tan. Hours are generally 10 am to 7 PM, though this is subject to change. The condo also has its own dockside area where you can stroll along, view the boats and ponder your evening plans.

The Beach-Cross Ocean Highway, walk a short block and enjoy the surf. The beach in this section of OC is wide and generally less crowded than what you find along the boardwalk. If you are a surf-fisherman, you will be pleased!

The Park--Northside Park is an easy two block walk from the condo. The highlights are the marked running trails, the pier that juts out far into the bay (free fishing and crabbing-no license required) and the playground for the kids. There is also a recreation center that has a gym and rents equipment. The park has a fishing lagoon and picnic tables. You don't want to miss Sundae's in the Park--ice cream and fireworks!

The Bus--the OC Beach Bus is just outside our complex. This bus takes you to popular sites like the Convention Center, the Boardwalk, and the Inlet. 3 dollars gets you 24 hours of access to everything that this resort city has to offer.

The Restaurants--The condo is right next door to the new Tailchasers Restaurant (complete with playground!) and around the corner from Higgins, the Crabcake Factory, Whiskers Pub, Wawa, Dumsers, The Crab Bag, Starbucks, and other unique restaurants. Breakfast at the beach is awesome and this condo is a one to two block stroll of some great spots.

The Neighborhood--the condo is a short walking distance to mini-golf, Food Lion, CVS, Sunsations, ice cream parlors, surf shops and a variety of other specialty stores. Once you park your car, you will not need it again!

The Details--Condo rental is a two-day minimum off season. Summer requires a 3-day minimum stay. Check out is 11 and check in 4. This allows the cleaners time to prepare for the next guest.

Off Season Extended check-in and check-out is usually available--just ask!

Please note that we do not provide sheets, towels or pillowcases. You will need to bring linens for the two double and one queen roll out.

Please note that this is a third-floor walk-up condo with spiral stairs to the second floor. The condo is not handicap accessible.

Minimum age of the primary renter is 21. The primary renter must be on the property. The property is best suited for couples and families. Our condo association does not allow parties or pets. Contact me for details on your specific needs.Website
