The thoughtful layout offers oceanfront views from the living area and the main bedroom, both of which have balconies. The other bedroom has a bay-view balcony and a bathroom. On the grounds of Century I, you'll be treated to an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. Just take the elevator downstairs, and you're just steps from the ocean and sand!

Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

The Century1 building pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through September.The Century 1 bulding is not an accessibility-enabled property. There are steps required for each unit.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Website
