Things to know: No smoking and no pets There is a non-refundable building registration fee ($50) required at the check-in at The Capri. The fee includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week for each space.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: Please register at the building upon arrival for your assigned parking. There is a $50 per week, cash non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes 1 parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.Please ensure that any necessary parking permit is displayed at all times.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
