It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: A $40 cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at check-in. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle. Additionally, this property features separate motorcycle parking. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times.This rental is located on floor 7.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
