This condo is on the 9th floor. This Condo was completely renovated in 2021 and regular maintenance is performed regularly.

This property is Owner Operated. We do not use an agency, so there is no management fee.

Carousel Hotel Condominium provides fun relaxation for the entire family. It has an indoor Ice-skating rink, atrium, live music restaurants inside the property. Drop the kids off for ice skating and relax in our indoor pool, hot tub, or sauna. No matter what your expectations are for an ideal family vacation in Ocean City Maryland, Carousel has it all.

Condo completely updated in 2021. There is wood floor throughout the entire condo. New paint, updated all white kitchen cabinets and baths. Central air, water heater, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Coffee maker Keurig, dishwasher / refrigerator / microwave. Dining room has large table.

We provide linens (bed sheets and pillowcases) and light blankets.

Guests to bring their own towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, trash bags.

There is parking for two cars available. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a four-level garage next door.

Amenities include large indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools, restaurants, beach bar grill, ice cream candy shop, gift shop, ping pong table, fitness room, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, game room and ice-skating rink. There are many free activities in season, professional ice shows, movies on the beach, live entertainment, moon-bounce, pirate ship.

Free wireless internet throughout the building.

The supermarket is right across the street along with other stores. Plenty of restaurants and bars/pubs within walking distance. You can walk to North-side Park which has a nice kid’s playground, a large outdoor exercise equipment, sports fields, paved path for running or long walks and a crabbing/fishing pier that extends a good distance into Assawoman Bay.

No pets allowed per HOA rule. No smoking allowed, including the balconies

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to high school or college groups under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

The resort does charge a $35 registration fee (CASH) upon checking in to cover any administrative check in costs and parking between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Check-in at 4 pm; Checkout at 11 am.

June, July, August, requires a WEEKLY rental. Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off-season.
