The interior is bright and airy, featuring blissful air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to make your stay all the easier. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and such thoughtful details as a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a new flatscreen 4K TV in the sitting area. Although there's no balcony, there is an extended living and dining area where you can slide open the glass doors and let in the ocean view and the crisp coastal breezes. The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. Things to Know Full kitchen No balcony (but there is an extended living room) The full bathroom has a shower only (no bathtub) No smoking and no pets allowedOcean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: A $30 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee is required and is paid as part of your reservation which includes parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $10 per night. Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
