Carport parking is provided for one car (height restrictions exist) and limited off-street boat trailer parking is included on a "first come first serve" basis. This unit is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited on the community grounds unless in the parking area. No smoking is allowed on back deck or boardwalk area. Don't let the angler in your family down-book early!
