Plenty of room for 20 guests as there are two kitchens, two dining areas, and two living rooms. Each living room has a large smart Roku T.V., as well as sectional couch / sofa seating.Gigabit Internet / Wi-Fi available throughout the entire property.The 2nd floor has an adjacent dining room with seating for 8, plus 3 additional bar stools in the kitchen area. The 2nd floor kitchen is fully stocked and also has an additional wine fridge / ice maker. The 1st floor kitchen has an additional small stove, refrigerator, and dining table for 4. Both kitchens come with all of the conveniences you would have at home! There is also two sets of washers and dryers to accommodate your large group!You will be able to enjoy multiple outdoor areas as well, including a porch that wraps around one side of the 2nd floor of the home with seating over-looking Baltimore Avenue. An additional outdoor dining table is also present on the porch. One the first floor, you will have access to an additional patio area, seating, and an outdoor shower.Parking is available for 5 vehicles!
