DetailsRevel in penthouse level vacation living at the Lorelei II in one of only a few rentals available in the primarily owner occupied condo building overlooking a family friendly swimming pool with free sun! This 2BR/2BA condo unit sleeps 6 and is located across the street from fabulous Northside Park and a just a few short walking blocks to the beautiful white sandy beach voted as one of the country’s best by Coastal Magazine . Appreciate a less crowded beach and sunny areas not shaded by large towering buildings. It is easy to get to, clean, and beautiful.

The parkside condo, which has been professionally decorated and furnished, freshly painted and is meticulously clean, follows CDC sanitizing guidelines, and located in the quiet section of North Ocean City. It offers a well maintained and fully equipped kitchen, a Samsung LED 50" flat screen TV with DVD player in the LR, two (2) Samsung LED flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms, full size washer / dryer, and Free Wi-Fi. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate double sink vanity/make up area, and newly remodeled walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full size bed along with a twin bed. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.

Enjoy cocktails on the balcony during sunset because “It’s five o’clock somewhere.” The storage room has for your use: five (7) beach chairs, two (3) beach umbrellas, four (5) boogie boards, three (3) noodles, two (2) crab traps, two (2) crab nets, and a large bucket full of sand toys. There is private off street covered parking for two (2) vehicles and plenty of extra parking available on the street. Sorry, no pets due to a condo policy and there is no smoking on the premises.

The yard is 58 acres better known as Northside Park located directly across the street and offers crabbing, fishing, kayaking along with the walking/jogging paths, biking, children’s playground, yoga area, free exercise/fitness equipment, rest rooms, grilling facility, and a pavilion. A perfect location for out of town visitors participating in softball, lacrosse, and soccer tournaments. Every Sunday (July-August) enjoy “Sundaes in the Park” where musical groups perform for free, kids make their own Sundaes and evening fireworks. On the 4th of July and New Year's Eve experience front row seats to the fireworks from the Lorelei II.

Our condo rents Sunday to Sunday in season (June thru August)

Rentals to groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.

Upon receiving the renters contact information a Rental Agreement will be forward for a signature. Please return the signed Agreement within 7 days. Reservations are not finalized until such time as the Rental Agreement has been received by the owners.
