Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and flatscreen TVs in the living room, the bedrooms, and the loft. On the grounds of this community, you'll also enjoy access to two shared swimming pools. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway and one in the garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
