Our Place at Beach 206I Your family will love this bay side retreat. This condo at Our Place at the Beach has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is nicely furnished and spacious, offers Streaming TV thru Roku only and only a few blocks to the beach. It also has a screen porch where you can relax and enjoy the quiet wooded area that the property overlooks. This condo also has a well appointed kitchen equipped for you to cook and eat meals. The condo can sleep a family of 6 and rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 nights off season. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bath. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk (full size on the bottom and a single on top) There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Property has streaming TV through Roku.
This complex has one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City. You will also be close to churches, restaurants, and grocery stores.
