Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: Only 1 parking spot is permitted (unassigned) in the Marina Condominium lot. Guests must display the parking hang tag from their review mirror while parked, the tag is located inside the unit. Please make sure to return the tag to the unit before your check out.This rental is located on floor 3.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
