South Beach 407 is a beautiful SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level. Beds include a king, a queen, a double, a single, and a queen sleep sofa. Guests supplies their own sheets and bath towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Owner supplies the following for your convenience: Beach umbrella, Beach folding wagon, Beach Sport-Brella, Beach chairs, Children sand toys, sand mats, Pack-N-Play, High-chair, Roll-away bed (single), Keurig coffee maker, Drip coffee machine. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Indoor pool is closed from Nov. 1 - April 1.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
