Enjoy morning coffee on the furnished balcony off the main living space, then step inside to make some breakfast. Throughout the home, you’ll find bright, coastal decor, pretty pops of color, and a cheerful vacation vibe. The main living space on the second floor combines the living room and eat-in kitchen, making it ideal for hanging out as a group. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and little helpers can perch at the kitchen island barstools to help. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.Parking notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the appropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive 3 green passes to allow you to park in the private garage and parking pad only. Parking anywhere outside of the designated assigned garage space is a parking violation and subject to ticketing and towing. You must ensure that your vehicle fits completely in the space. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles not abiding by rules may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Parking permits must be displayed at all times.One additional clamshell parking pass may be purchased from the Sunset Island Management Office for one week at a time, passes are limited based on space for the clamshell areas throughout the community. Clamshell parking only (yellow) is $70.00 and limited to 1 extra per unit but is subject to availability at the discretion of the community. Please note, all four wheels must in inside the designated space for clamshell parking. Parking is strictly enforced, including ensuring that vehicles fit into the spaces. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.There is free side-street parking on 67th street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
