Put your feet up and relax while you're here! Guests can enjoy two furnished balconies (with partial bay views) for outside relaxation, plus plenty of room inside for gathering with the whole family. A spacious dining room table with a full kitchen (with granite and high-end appliances) that includes a big center island makes mealtimes easy. This home has an outdoor shower and parking for three cars (one in the garage, two on the driveway). This is a home you will want to visit year after year!

Located only three blocks from the ocean, Sunset Island is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
