Two huge decks from both the lower and upper levels. This is 3 Bedroom, 3 Full bath townhouse with a Full Size Kitchen, sleeping for 7 to 9 people. This is NOT a condo. Our home has everything you and your family should expect on vacation! By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements. 2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind. 3) This is a 2 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces. 4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, and one "bunk" bedroom with a twin over full bunk. This accounts for 4 beds for 7 people. We will allow 9 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you.
