The highly anticipated 8th Annual Delaware Resorts 55+ Expo is back and set to take place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes. This event is FREE and open to the public of all ages, making it a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in health, wellness, and services designed for those 55 and older.

This year’s expo will feature a diverse range of exhibitors, including health and wellness firms, medical facilities, home healthcare agencies, 55+ residential communities, home builders, financial experts, and more. Visitors will be able to explore the latest in home products and services, receive valuable health information, and take advantage of exclusive event-day specials.

A highlight of the event is the participation of Beebe Healthcare, which will offer 5 free health screenings—blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), and bone density—as well as flu shots. It’s an excellent opportunity to get important health checks at no cost.

In addition to health and wellness, the Blood Bank of Delaware will bring their Mobile Unit for blood donations. Your contribution can make a significant impact, so we encourage attendees to donate on the day of the event.

Another great cause featured at the expo is Lewes-Rehoboth Meals on Wheels, which will benefit from the event. Representatives will be available to discuss the organization’s services and how you can get involved in supporting this valuable program that helps seniors in need.
