We’re owned and operated in Lewes, Delaware. We built this platform as a way to give local businesses the opportunity to reach our target market for free, or at a better value than other platforms built in Silicon Valley. We’re like a combination between Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Angies List – but made by locals.
We’re built for businesses, restaurants, realtors, and hotels who may not be able to afford an internal marketing team or a marketing agency but still need exposure in the Delaware Beaches Market. Bottom line – we provide high value visibility for less than other national & local platforms. It’s as simple as that.

Is this platform really locally owned?
Heck yeah. My name is Chris David, I live in Lewes with my wife and kids. I own and operate Syndicate Marketing which is how we have the resources to build such a platform. We work with a lot of great local brands as well, including Lefty’s, All Wheels, Garys, Atracare, Big Chill, Taco Reho, and more.
Is the base account really free? What’s the catch?
No catch, we just want to create an environment where vacationers/locals can find great local businesses with accurate information. We made the bottom tier free to encourage businesses to build out their profiles, which is a value to our users, and we believe that value is worth something.
Why should I pay for an account if I can get one for free?
Look, we realize we’re canibalizing our value by offering the bottom tier for free, but there really is a benefit to signing up for the premium packages. The Bronze paid listings will populate above the free listings, the Gold listings get backlinks to their website on every page of www.delawarebeaches.online, and the Platinum listings get featured in social media and a guaranteed 50k views per month.
