Event Schedule
- 9:00 AM: Old-Fashioned Games for Children on Second Street.
- 2:00 PM: Independence Day Lewes Boat Parade: Starts at Roosevelt Inlet, passing Fisherman’s Wharf for judging.
- Approximately 5:00 PM: Doo-Dah Parade: A quirky parade starting near Lloyd’s Market, winding through Kings Highway to Second Street and back.
Fireworks Spectacular
- Dusk: Don’t miss the breathtaking fireworks display to cap off the day’s festivities.

- Boat Parade Judging: Mayor Andrew Williams announces and judges boats decorated patriotically along the canal.

- 3:30 PM: Awards Ceremony on the deck of the Lightship Overfalls for the best-decorated boats.
