First State Free Throw Contest

• Eligibility: Open to boys and girls ages 8-10 and 11-13
• Cost: FREE registration
• Prizes: Trophies and prize packs for the top 3 finishers in each age group

First State 3-Point Contest

• Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025
• Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM EDT
• Location: Chase Fieldhouse, 401 Garasches Lane, Wilmington, DE 19801
• Eligibility: Open to contestants 14 and older
• Format: Two rounds, 10 shots each, from the high school 3-point line
• Prizes: Trophies and prize packs for the top 3 finishers
• Refund Policy: Refunds available up to 7 days before the event (Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable)

5th Annual Hoops For Help 3-on-3 Tournament

• Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT (Doors open at 9:59 AM)
• Location: Chase Fieldhouse, 401 Garasches Lane, Wilmington, DE 19801
• Eligibility: Open to ages 14 and up
• Team Requirements:
  • Teams must consist of 3 males and 1 female (subs permitted)
  • The female player must start each game and stay on the court until 4 points are scored
• Format:
  • 32-team double elimination tournament
  • Games are played to 13 points or the leading score when time expires
  • 3-point shots count as 2 points; all other shots count as 1 point
  • 6-0 is a shutout win
• Prizes: Trophies and prize packs for the top 3 teams
• Registration: Opens January 17, 2025 – Limited to 32 teams
