Many of our clients wonder if Coastal Homes & Design offers a home warranty. While many builders offer a warranty, we believe in building your home right the first time. We have a pristine reputation and over two decades of building experience to back our decision to not offer warranties on our builds.
Why Coastal Homes & Design Doesn’t offer a Standard Home Warranty
The main reason we don’t offer a home warranty is that we build homes right the first time. We pay extremely close attention to detail to ensure that every inch of your home turns out perfect.
Second, we hire the highest quality subcontractors to assist with the build. Some of our subcontractors have been with us since we first went into business, and they are able to meet our quality standards. If you do have an issue after the build is complete, we are able to send a subcontractor to correct it.
Another reason why we don’t offer a warranty is that we only build with the best materials. All of our suppliers are local, and we have excellent working relationships with all of them. If there is ever any issue, we are able to work with them directly to solve it.
Finally, many of the components of your home, like the HVAC system, come with their own warranty, so a separate warranty isn’t necessary.
What If There is an Issue with My Home?
At Coastal Homes & Design, we stand behind our work and our reputation. There have been times in the past where we have had to correct a minor issue after completing a build. Sometimes we have to go back and adjust a door or a piece of trim, and we are happy to correct these issues. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your home when you move in.
