Dover Youth Fishing Derby 2025: A Family-Friendly Competition with Prizes

Who Can Participate?
This event is open to registered Dover residents between the ages of 6 and 15. Participants will be split into three age groups, with awards given for the largest fish caught in each:
- 6 years & under
- 7 – 10 years old
- 11 – 15 years old
Win Big—Even Without a Catch!
Beyond the competition for the largest fish, all registered participants will be entered into random prize drawings throughout the event. Prizes include:
- Fishing poles
- Tackle boxes
- Spin and power baits
- And much more!
Registration Details:
- $8 per participant – If registered before Friday, May 5th
- $10 per participant – If registering on the day of the derby
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows
