Get ready for a spooktacular day of family fun at the Ocean View Police Department’s 9th Annual Halloween Festival: Cops and Goblins! This exciting event will take place on October 26th from 1 PM to 4 PM at John West Park in Ocean View.

- Costume Contest: Kids aged 12 and under can participate in the costume contest with categories for Best Cop, Best Goblin, and Best Overall Costume. Get creative and show off your Halloween spirit!
