Get ready for a thrilling evening of fun and festivities at our Trunk or Treat event! Join us on November 1, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Love Creek Elementary School for a safe and exciting Halloween celebration that your kids will love.
Event Details
Car Setup: Participants who wish to hand out candy should arrive between 5 PM and 6 PM to set up their trunks in the front parking lot. We encourage everyone attending to decorate their cars and prepare for approximately 300 trick-or-treaters. However, we need at least 50 cars to sign up; otherwise, we may have to cancel the event. Candy Distribution: Each car should be stocked with candy to ensure all children have a fantastic experience. While decorating your trunk is recommended, it is not mandatory.
Admission Information
For those coming solely to trick-or-treat (without setting up a trunk), there will be a $5 per car cash-only admission fee at the entrance. This fee helps us cover event costs and ensures a great time for everyone.
Kick-Off Costume Parade
The evening will kick off with a Costume Parade around the parking lot, starting at 5:45 PM near the front entrance. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to show off their costumes and get into the Halloween spirit!
Safety First
To ensure the safety of all children, the front parking lot will be closed to vehicles during the event. Cars will need to remain parked until approximately 7:30 PM, allowing families to enjoy the festivities without any worries.
