Beyond her professional endeavors, Parsons is actively engaged in various local charities and service projects. She has volunteered with organizations such as the Epworth Soup Kitchen, the Pennsylvania Alliance for Labor Support, the Rehoboth Art League, and the Jefferson Honickman Breast Imaging Center at Thomas Jefferson University.
