SURF LESSONS
At Dewey Beach Surf Shop, we offer surf lessons on the best beginner waves in Delaware! We specialize in teaching all riding levels- from first timers to more advanced surfers. Our experienced instructor surfs in the area and can offer unparalleled local surf knowledge. Students will learn basic surfing fundamentals, as well as ocean awareness, water safety, wave riding skills, and surf etiquette.
Surf lessons are $100 per person for a 75 minute session. Our surf lessons are conducted at the north side of the Indian River Inlet Bridge, a few miles away from our shop. Parking costs $5 for in state and $10 for out of state tags. The area offers many amenities that you can enjoy before or after your lesson, including bathrooms and restaurants. All lessons are conducted on 9ft soft top surf boards provided by Dewey Beach Surf Shop.
