Lying south of Pennsylvania’s White Clay Creek Preserve, White Clay Creek State Park was originally operated jointly with it.
Named after the clay that used to be mined within its borders, this large state park has the usual hiking and biking along miles and miles of trails. Fishing and boating are among the chief activities, too, while White Clay Creek is a beautiful scenic river with all kinds of plants and animals along its border.
